    Das erste Album von Textile Ranch von 2004 ist im ähnlichen Stil. Leider auch nur als CD erhältlich, aber günstig über Discogs.

    Das Piano Magic Debut von 1997 geht in die ähnliche Richtung und „Popular Mechanics“ gibt’s auch auf Vinyl. 😉

    Ich beobachte Inade ja im Prinzip seid ihrer ersten Kassette. Erst hat's mich nicht so interessiert, aber anfang der 90er die Rosinen aus den sächsischen Geräuschemachern zu picken war auch garnicht so einfach. Hatte da zum Glück 'nen jetzt verschollenen Kumpel der da viele Kassetten gekauft hat. Aber im Prinzip seid sie 1996 "Aldebaran" veröffentlichten, gehören sie für mich unbedingt zur 1. Wahl, 'ne Inade erkennt man, das hat alles eine persönliche kreative Handschrift. :thumbup:

    Ich hab mir bei Young And Cold das Album "piano" von Second Glance besorgt. Angeblich 1983 aufgenommen, aber nue veröffentlicht. Zu ihrer Zeit veröffentlichten sie Tracks u.a. auf dem "Signal To Noise Set" Sampler und brachten eine EP raus. Der Hit "shackles and chains" läuft auch heute noch auf Parties. Auf dem Album sind noch ein paar andere tolle Tracks drauf. Auch der neue Mix von "shackles and chains" gefällt.

    Die farbige Version kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man Platten bügeln kann. Normalerweise sind die YaC Releases top. Für das audiophile Herz bietet die Platte immerhin eine gefütterte Innenhülle, passendes Loch und keinerlei Störgeräusche :D

    :merci: Die höre ich mir ganz sicher an.


    Das hätte eigentlich ziemlich weit oben in den Charts sein müssen, aber aus Australien heraus kam zu der Zeit nur eine Handvoll Künstler zu einem breiten Publikum....

    Dass es die Middex nach drei Jahren immer noch neu zu kaufen gibt, beweist für mich nur eines: guter Geschmack ist sehr selten. Die sollte eigentlich schon eine heiß begehrte Rariät sein. Wenn man die erst Polythechnic Youth 7" von denen haben möchte "Space Sorry", dann ist man schon mal locker 50 Pfund quitt, obwohl der Song auch auf dem Album ist...:wacko:
