Frage zu MONO (-Umschalter)
Ich denke über einen neuen Phonovorverstärker mit MONO-UMSCHALTER nach…aber den haben viele Phonovorverstärker nicht…selbst im hochpreisigen Segment. Warum ist das so?
Alte (Voll-)Verstärker mit eingebauter Phonovorstufe hatten häufig einen MONO-UMSCHALTER. Manche neue Phonovorverstärker haben einen Mono Schalter. Und dann gibt es noch die simple Lösung einer Y Steckverbindung. Was ist klanglich besser bzw. inwiefern anders?
Beim googeln habe ich nur das hier gefunden, als Erklärung, weshalb ein Mono-Umschalter besser wäre:
A mono switch connects the left and right channels together to create one combined channel. It is better than using a phono Y lead to connect the 2 outputs into one because it includes a couple of resistors that stop the left and right output of the preamp circuit from shorting each other out.
Und dann gibt es auch noch externe Mono-Umschalter…? HILFE was ist denn nun die beste Lösung fürs Hören meiner alten Mono Jazz Platten?!?
